We collect information you provide directly, including account registration details, practice management data you choose to connect, and communications with our AI-powered tools. We also collect usage data such as page views, feature interactions, and device information to improve our platform.
We use collected information to provide and maintain our practice analytics services, generate insights and recommendations, improve our platform features, communicate with you about your account and our services, and ensure the security of our platform. We do not use practice or patient data to build or train our knowledge base.
We implement security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, pseudonymization of patient identifiers before data reaches our analytics layers, access controls, and structured internal security reviews. Practice data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except for the vetted service providers we use to deliver the platform.
We follow HIPAA-aligned practices for protected health information (PHI): data minimization, pseudonymization of patient identifiers before data reaches our analytics or AI layers, and Business Associate Agreements executed with covered entities and partners before any PHI processing begins on their behalf. Our formal HIPAA compliance program is in active build-out, and we do not describe ourselves as certified under HIPAA, because no such certification exists — we believe precision matters when handling health information.
