CEO and Founding Orthodontist

Dr. Nick Kim is the CEO and Founding Orthodontist of NexaDental. As the owner of NK Orthodontics, a multi-location orthodontic practice in the Atlanta metropolitan area, Dr. Kim brings firsthand clinical experience to every product decision. His vision is to empower orthodontists with AI-driven insights that translate directly into improved patient outcomes and practice profitability.

Mark Allen

CTO and Technology Architect

Mark Allen is the Chief Technology Officer of NexaDental. With a BS in Applied Physics from Columbia and an MD from UCLA, Mark has been an AI pioneer since 1995. He co-founded Corticon (acquired by Progress Software) and has held leadership roles at Elevian and HeroForge.AI. His deep expertise in enterprise AI architecture and healthcare systems drives NexaDental's technical strategy.

Mak Allen

Head of Product & Co-Architect

Mak Allen is the creative force behind NexaDental's product vision. A lifelong software builder with experience spanning fintech startups and enterprise platforms, Mak drives the ideation, design, and development of every product in the NexaDental suite. From initial concept to production code, he shapes how AI-powered tools translate into real practice outcomes. His rare blend of business intuition, technical execution, and design sensibility makes him the connective tissue between strategy and product.
